Our team at Josie Dylynn Boutique always takes the time to ensure each purchase is carefully reviewed and shipped. However, we understand that not every purchase will fit, and returns are sometimes needed. If you need to return anything, we want to make your return process as easy as possible. Return and Exchange Policy

All returned merchandise purchased online or in-store must be accompanied by a sales receipt within 7 days of receiving/picking up. Refunds are distributed through exchange or store credit only. No monetary refunds.

Returned items must be in original condition with all original tags included. Original condition of items includes the following requirements:

All accessories, jewelry, and sale items are not eligible for return. All sales are final for (but not limited to) handbags, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hats, sunglasses, and sale items.

Damaged or Defective Items

Before packaging and shipping your order, our team makes sure to check each and every item for any damages and defects. However, we understand that items may be damaged during shipping and want to ensure your items are received in excellent condition.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Any items must be reported for damage/defect prior to being worn and include original tags. Reports concerning damaged or defective items can be placed any time by contacting us at [email protected]. All damaged or defective items deemed valid for return will be honored via store credit or exchange only. No monetary refunds.

Incorrect Orders

Our team goes to great lengths to ensure your orders include the correct size, color, and quantity of each item before shipping, but sometimes mistakes are made. We apologize in advance for any incorrect orders and errors we are responsible for.

All incorrect or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Any items returned must meet our return policy guidelines. Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. No orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping for all orders will be charged at a flat rate of $10.00 via USPS with a tracking number provided.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number to ensure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
